How to request deletion of your personal data and account from Phoenix AI Global.

What you can delete

You can request deletion of your account, profile data, CRM records, marketplace connections, generated media, chat history, voice recordings and workflow data.

How to request deletion

Go to Settings > Delete account inside the app, or send a request to privacy@phoenixaiglobal.com with your registered email address.

What happens next

We will confirm the request within 48 hours and delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep it by law or for legitimate business interests such as billing records.

Third-party data

Data that you shared with integrated marketplaces, payment processors or AI providers is governed by their respective privacy policies. We will revoke Phoenix-side access and integrations.
